My work is usually about land, sea and sky, the textures, shapes and colours of which are continually changed by light, weather and season. Cardigan Bay, where I live, is a constant inspiration, but I'm also very drawn to pattern and textiles particularly from Africa and Asia. Both Welsh and Amish quilts have informed my work. I mainly work in oil on canvas and paper but I also use watercolour and acrylics. Sizes range from 3 inches square - 6 foot square.
